Q. How can I buy a hot dog man / custom sculpture?

A. Periodically, about 3-7 custom order slots will open at a time. You can get notified by signing up for the mailing list, where you will be the first to get an email notification when customs open, with a form to fill out. Please be as detailed as possible on the form about what you want. If you are selected, you will receive an email back with a price quote and we can go from there to bring your vision to life.

Q. How can I buy a mouth ashtray?

A. We are currently in the process of revamping the mouth ashtray design! We are working to bring you a more affordable and better quality product. While this news is exciting, prototyping is a lengthy process, and these aren’t projected to be available for another couple months at least. In the meantime, we are only making custom ashtrays when custom order slots are open. You will have to wait until customs open to order one, information on that process is answered in a question bellow.

Q. I ordered two things but I only got one!

A. Mostly everything sold at 10tonfetus requires specific packaging suited to it’s protective needs in transit. Because of this, usually all items ship separately. We will typically send you an email when this happens, making sure you received both tracking numbers. Sometimes our emails will go in your spam folder so make sure that you Whitelist The 10tonfetus email address if you are having this problem / haven’t received an expected email / haven’t received shipping confirmation etc.

Q. I signed up for the mailing list but haven’t gotten any emails.

A. Our mailing list is the least annoying thing you can ever subscribe to, we only send you email notifications when something important happens, and they are quite infrequent. It’s not out of the ordinary to go months without any emails from us. However, if something drops that you wanted to get notified for, and you didn’t get an email, OR if you placed an order and never received confirmation, etc, please make sure to whitelist our email. (This is the process of adding an email to your approved senders list, tells your email that our address is safe.) Sometimes our email notifications can get marked as spam and go right into your spam folder, this will prevent that from happening.

Q. When will (X) be available!

A. 10tonfetus is a very small fine arts operation, everything is hand made by Madison Polidoro herself. Because of this, we can typically only work on delivering one or two products at a time, but to keep things interesting, we tend to rotate those products frequently and evenly. If you’re interested in a product that hasn’t been available for a while, sign up for the mailing list, keep viewing the social media stories, keep watch and I assure you it will be back soon!

Q. My product was damaged / refunds

A. All fragile artwork is packaged ver carefully with lots of love, so breaks are very, very rare. Although I buy insurance and special handling on each package, once in a while, carriers handle packages incredibly rough regardless….unfortunately, any issues with the post office are out of our control. If your package has been personally victimized by the mail carrier and sustained damage as a result, please email us at 10tonfetus@gmail.com. All sales are final, but we may be able to guide you through a seamless repair or repair it ourselves, depending on your location.

Q. What happens if my package is lost in the mail / I never receive my package?

A. We can not be held responsible for what happens after the package is released to the post office. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the post office as soon as possible, and they will be able to help you track it down. You typically must do this within a 60 day period of the package being lost. We can not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages.
